E-Corp, based in Layton, UT, secured an $11.4M contract to design and build a simulator facility in Tucson, AZ, to be completed by April 17, 2026. Two bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Los Angeles is managing the project.

AICI-Archirodon JV LLC, McLean, VA, was awarded a $9.7M contract for construction at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, to be completed by March 21, 2027. Ten bids were submitted online. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Louisville is in charge.
