The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers hosts delegates from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the World Bank as part of a study on nature-based solutions funded by the World Bank. During their eight-day visit with USACE, the delegation toured sites in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida with the visit culminating at USACE and the World Bank headquarters in Washington, D.C.
