Parsons Wins $164M USACE Contract for Design and Construction of Explosives Decomposition ChamberParsons Government Services Inc., Pasadena, California, was awarded a $164,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design completion and construction of a new explosives decomposition chamber facility.
