USACE to Award 5 Construction Services Contracts Under $1.5B MATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District (SWF) is seeking contractors for vertical construction services to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California under the Unrestricted Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). While primarily intended for DHS Border Patrol Sectors, this MATOC may also support other USACE programs. The contract has a total capacity of $1.5 billion, with plans to award five Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Each contract includes a five-year base period and two option years. Task orders will be Firm-Fixed Price, with a minimum guarantee of $2,500 and order limits between $35 million and $150 million.

Task orders under this MATOC may encompass a wide range of construction services, including Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build for new vertical construction, repairs, and alterations. Projects may include Border Patrol Stations, Sector Headquarters, Highway Checkpoints, Forward Operating Bases, K-9 Facilities, Detention Centers, Training Facilities, and Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, as specified in each individual task order.
