The contract supports USACE’s Northwestern Division locations across the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas, addressing a variety of environmental projects.
The total contract capacity is valued at $249 million. Jacobs’ responsibilities include specialized environmental and design services, such as:
- Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) studies
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) studies
- Environmental compliance
- National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation
- Support services during remedial construction, among others
“Through this new contract, Jacobs continues its longstanding partnership with the Omaha District of USACE, providing environmentally responsive solutions to advance client objectives,” said Susannah Kerr, Jacobs Senior Vice President. “This award reinforces our commitment to collaborating with government agencies on critical infrastructure and national security projects that foster safer, cleaner, and more resilient communities.”
The contract began on October 1, 2024, with a five-year service period and an optional two-year extension for task orders. This latest win adds to Jacobs’ successful 2024 portfolio of 15 USACE contract selections and awards, collectively valued at over $2 billion.
