The U.S. Army Corps Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is requesting proposals for specialized medical facilities Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Operations and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement VII procurement will follow a competitive process that allows for full and open participation, with a reserved portion for small businesses. The contract will be structured as a Multiple Award Task Order Contract, in accordance with FAR 16.504. The maximum contract capacity is $2.35 Billion with capacity shared among all MATOC holders.

The Multiple Award Task Order Contracts will include Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers and will have a base performance period of 36 months, with two optional ordering periods of 24 months each.

The objective of this procurement is to acquire specialized Operation and Maintenance services for medical facilities. These services will support the Defense Health Agency across various locations, in the United States and 13 international countries, including: Bahrain, Belgium, Cuba (Guantanamo Bay), England, Germany, Country of Georgia, Greece, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Portugal (Lajes, Azores), Singapore, and Thailand.
