Conti Federal Services LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $70,493,604 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a radio frequency facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 9, 2025. Fiscal 2023 military construction, Air Force funds in the amount of $70,493,604 were obligated at the time of the award. Lobar Inc., Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $23,565,900 firm-fixed-price contract to construct an instructional design center/distance learning center facility for Customs and Border Protection. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 22, 2024. Fiscal 2023 civil construction funds in the amount of $23,565,900 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W912DR-23-C-0011).

Geo Ex Subsurface Exploration,* Dixon, California (W91238-23-D-0005); Taber Drilling,* West Sacramento, California (W91238-23-D-0007); and Gulf Shore Construction Services Inc.,* New Orleans, Louisiana (W91238-23-D-0008), will compete for each order of the $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for drilling, cone penetrometer testing services, backhoe, and trackhoe excavations. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 13, 2028. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity.

Dredgit Corp., Houston, Texas, was awarded a $7,788,850 modification (P00002) to contract W912BU-22-C-0017 for maintenance dredging. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 16, 2023. Fiscal 2023 civil expenses funds in the amount of $7,788,850 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
