The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District entered into a Project Partnership Agreement (PPA) with the City of Jackson, Mississippi, February 6, 2023, as part of the Environmental Infrastructure (EI) Program (Section 219) as authorized by the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 1992.
